Santa Fe, NM | part ONE

I think our smiles say it all in this first photo. This is probably be the dorkiest photo of me, but oh well, I was happy, haha. And New Mexico truly is the Land of Enchantment. Once we got into town we checked into our Airbnb and relaxed for a bit, then I got too ansy to explore and we took off to check out the Santa Fe Plaza. Coincidentally they were having a car show so we walked around and enjoyed that (because my car loving husband) before finding a place for dinner.

We happened upon The Shed and thought it looked enchanting enough ;) and they had a gorgeous, enticing patio so we were able to bring Livy with us. The food was to die for and thus began Chris's quest to find the best green chile in New Mexico. (I think after all the places we went to, he decided The Shed's was actually the best. Although to clarify; Patrick, if you're reading this, we both agreed yours was better than any we had in NM, and that's saying a lot because they were all amazingly delicious). After our yummy dinner we walked around the Plaza some more before heading back to our cozy Airbnb to crash from two long days of being in the car.
